GONIYOGA
Asana practice is like a moving meditation: when your body is busy moving, your brain relaxes.
Through the physical challenges of a rigorous and technical yoga practice, we can build patience and a quest for achievement into our wider routine.
Good alignment in body and mind is so crucial to have a safe and efficient practice.


My classes are gently challenging and deeply nourishing. I work to create a safe space for openness and calm. By placing emphasis on the softening and synchronising of the breath, I help you flow with more ease and grace while deepening your practice.
Whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi, my private classes offer a space in which you can deepen your practice with tailored programs to reach your goals. Private classes are available either via Zoom or in person.
